Do I need experience in recruitment, cleaning, or the care industry?
No. While relevant experience can be helpful, it’s not required. We provide full training on recruitment processes, service delivery, compliance, and marketing. Your focus will be on running the business and managing relationships.
How quickly can I launch after signing?
Timelines vary depending on whether you choose the Full Franchise Model (office-based) or AA Model (home-based). On average, most franchisees are ready to launch within 60–120 days, accounting for training, setup, recruitment, and marketing.
What is included in the franchise fee?
Your monthly fee covers national and regional marketing campaigns, payroll processing, HR and compliance support, technology licensing, CRM system access, and continuous operational guidance from Head Office.
Will I receive an exclusive territory?
Yes. Each franchisee receives exclusive rights to operate within a defined geographical territory, ensuring no overlap or competition from other Maid4U branches.
How much can I earn?
Earnings depend on your territory size, market potential, and the effort you put into marketing and operations. Many franchisees in similar service industries achieve six-figure monthly revenues within 12–18 months.
How many workers will I need to start with?
We recommend starting with 6–10 pre-vetted workers to meet initial client demand. This number will grow as your client base expands.
How will I get clients?
We combine national brand marketing with local launch campaigns tailored to your territory. You will also benefit from digital lead generation, community networking, and referral programs.
What is the typical client profile?
